This 40 year development plan will include mixed use residential and commercial properties, active transportation routes and pedestrian friendly walkways along the red river, ponds for storm water retention and near Winnipeg’s rapid transit line.

Planning and architecture firm’s consultations are ongoing. Indigenous involvement, public consultations are also expected to be ongoing.

This project will provide affordable housing, attract outside talent, investment with the intention of improving economic development and health and wellness in the community.
