Some of the sustainability features include LEED certification and targeted net zero efficiency, Kromatix solar glass energy efficient technology: Power Over Ethernet lighting, Smart LSI Breakers, Wi-Fi outlets and Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV).
The architects have designed spaces for diversity and inclusion, indigenous gathering and meeting spaces that offer connectivity and accessibility to all students, staff and visitors. There is also a green space garden and the school is close to active transportation routes and bike storage.
