The plant produces food grade proteins extracted from Canadian sourced peas and canola. It is built to be flexible to run both pea and/or canola plant based protein and intends to collaborate with dairy alternative, meat alternative, and bakeries who are looking for higher quality protein ingredients.
The facility is built for future expansion and supports the local economy and job creation.
