This is the first residence in Toronto to incorporate green roofs. It is on an urban infill site and built small. The site is to handle storm water, grow food, built with cross breeze air flow in mind as there is no air conditioning,
There are edible foods on a purpose use green roof. Over time, the owners took advantage of ongoing green roof technologies.
