Sustainability
The facility is targeted to be LEED silver certified. It will include a lobby with large glass windows for natural daylight and views to a landscaped courtyard and outdoor gathering space.
Designed with quality acoustics and flexible spaces in mind; there will be moveable towers, panels and sound absorbing curtains and ceiling reflectors.
It will be connected to rehearsal spaces and recording facilities for the artistic community.
The community is invited to donate to this project and have their names engraved on a concert hall seat!
