62M has become part of Waterfront Drive revitalization in downtown Winnipeg. It is an innovative circular building with prefabricated wedge shaped living spaces. Each unit has a wide perimeter for large glass windows for views above the freeway. All units are identical and offer flexible open spaces.
There is also a penthouse suite with 360 degree views of the city that is available through airbnb for short stays and small group events.
